Refresh: A Day of Rest & Renewal for Women in Ministry leadership

Saturday, April 25, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM | North Street Community Church, Canton, PA

Registration Is Open!

Are you a woman leading in ministry or nonprofit—feeling a little weary from constantly pouring out? Do you ever feel unseen, stretched thin, or like everyone else’s needs come before your own? Or maybe you’re doing okay—holding it all together—but deep down, you know you could use a circle of women who truly get it. A space to exhale, laugh, and be reminded that you’re not alone.

Refresh was created for women like you—those who lead, love, serve, and give so much of themselves every day. It’s a free, one-day event designed to pour back into the hearts of women who are usually the ones doing the pouring. Our mission is simple: to offer rest without responsibility, community without comparison, and encouragement without expectation.

Whether you’re running on empty or simply craving connection, come and be refreshed. Step away from the noise, meet other women who share your heart, and be reminded of the joy found in the work God’s called you to do.

You pour into others all year long—let us pour into you.
Join us at Refresh.

Rest. Restore. Be renewed.

If you carry the heart of a servant and the weight of leadership, Refresh is for you.

Registration is open. Space is limited—reserve your spot early!

afternoon break-out sessions:

Part of our afternoon will include one breakout session designed to help you connect more intentionally with like-minded women. These spaces are meant to foster unity, meaningful conversation, and practical encouragement around shared experiences.

These sessions are not lecture-style teaching blocks. The goal isn’t to add more information to your plate. Instead, each breakout is designed to equip you with a practical tool, resource, or rhythm you can carry back into everyday life.

We recognize that women thrive when we are healthy and balanced in heart, home, mind, and body — so we are offering one session in each of those areas.

During registration, we are asking you to choose one breakout session in the afternoon. During registration, please select your first and second choice, and we will do our best to place you in your preferred session.

If there’s an area where you feel stretched, tired, or in need of strengthening, we encourage you to choose accordingly.

  • Have you ever felt the weight of a calling you didn’t personally receive — but faithfully carry?

If ministry life has ever felt lonely, heavy, or quietly demanding in ways few people see, this space is for you. Come sit with women who understand the expectations, the privilege, and the pressure — and leave reminded that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

  • Creating a legacy of prayer one page at a time. Do you love journaling? Have you always wanted to journal but haven’t found the time — or could use a little guidance on how to approach it in a fresh way?

Come explore how we can weave creativity and fun into special prayer and reflection time with God, turning quiet moments into something meaningful, personal, and life-giving.

  • What if your home isn’t meant to be another place you hold it all together — but the place that restores you?

If you’ve ever walked through your front door already exhausted, this session is for you. Discover five practical shifts that lower stress, steady your nervous system, and simplify daily rhythms — without perfection or pressure. You’ll leave with immediately usable tools and a renewed vision for creating a home that supports you as you serve others.

  • Feeling stretched thin or constantly running on empty?

Using insights from Rhythms of Renewal, Jackie will guide a conversation on practical ways to reduce stress and feel more balanced in both mind and body. You’ll leave with simple, sustainable rhythms that help you reset, breathe deeper, and move through your days with greater steadiness and less stress!

  • Ever feel overwhelmed by all the health advice — and unsure where to even begin?

This is a no-judgment space to talk honestly about exercise, nutrition, and stewarding the body God gave you without pressure or perfection. Bring your questions and frustrations, and leave with manageable next steps, practical tips, and support that meets you right where you are.
