Here at Impact Church, we have SO many opportunities for you to volunteer and serve! There is a group and opportunity for everyone. Whatever your gifting or passion, let's work together to make an Impact!

iCARE Team
The
iCare team is a pillar of the church and plays one of the most important roles
in supporting and caring for our guests & members. The purpose of this team
is to serve the Impact Church & surrounding community by addressing their
needs through prayer and service in the events of physical, financial,
emotional or spiritual crisis. A celebratory event is also a great time to
surround an individual or family with support and love. This team is focused both
internally and externally and achieves our call to go into the world to be
there for one another in love and support. You have the potential to partner
with God to transform our community’s lives, one heart and life at a time. You
meet our community members where they are at and care for their needs, as God
has equipped us to do. What an honor!
Hospitality
Do you love to host and take care of people's needs? Are you someone who is constantly trying to accommodate their guests with a drink or snack? This team sets up the snack, coffee, meals at certain services and occasionally meetings and events. If you are more of an introvert, but love to serve - this team might be a good fit! It doesn't require much face time with others, just a heart to meet a need!
In-Reach
This team focuses on caring for our current church members. We celebrate together, mourn together, meet needs together and provide support!
Prayer
This team is foundational when it comes to meeting the needs both inwardly with our church family, and outwardly to our community. By serving on this team, you're activating the power and authority given to us by Jesus to create change, healing, hope, faith and more!
iCREATE Team
The iCreate Team is a pivotal piece of the guest experience at Impact. You have the ability to set the environment by using your creative skills and giftings to create the space that God is going to move powerfully in. God loves creativity and imagination and by harnessing these things and combining them with the vision of Impact Church, you are helping people find comfort, relaxation, excitement and joy! What makes this team so exciting to be a part of is the fact that God uses YOUR fingers on a mere button or piece of equipment to create an unforgettable moment for someone that will mark them for days, weeks and years to come. What an honor!
Design
Do you love decor, interior design or styling and arrangements? This is the team for you! Whether it's to change things up for a fresh look in our buildings or to accommodate a season or holiday - this team provides the opportunity to use your interests and giftings to create an awesome environment for people to enjoy while they are pursuing a God who wants to display his excellence, fun and restful demeanor through YOUR gift!
Photography
Joining this team is an opportunity to freeze moments in time and capture the heart of who we are. We use these photos not just for media, website and socials, but to help show people what they mean to us and to remind them of encounters they've had while at Impact Church.
Production
Do you enjoy working/playing on computers, learning software and music or production? This team is more than just hitting a few buttons. It requires planning, attention to detail, anticipating your team's moves and creating visual excellence during a service so people can enter into God's presence distraction-free!
Sound
If you have a good ear - this team is for you! From mixing, to anticipating the Worship Team's next steps, this team helps set the environment. This team requires the ability to give/receive feedback well and a team-spirit of service and flexibility.
iGROW Team
This team is all about growth. We are about meeting people where they're at in order to take them to the next level, while making sure they have all of the tools and resources they need to experience abundance and confidence as God's kids. This team lends a hand in helping people cross the bridge from where they are to what God has for them next.
Impact Kids
Our Dreamers (0-3), Champions (Pre-K - 3rd Grade), and Legends (4th-6th Grade) classes are bursting with energy and fun. Do you love working with Kids and investing in our future? This team is for you! We love teaching these kiddos what it looks like to walk with Christ and be there for each other. We have the special mission to give them the foundations that will help get them through their youth and into what God has for them as disciples.
Impact Youth
This group is for youth in grades 7-12. We do our best to create a safe, comfortable and exciting environment that helps us to meet them where they're at. We are so appreciative of the opportunity to be invited into their lives and we take that position seriously. We invest in them, show up for them, support them and provide activities and opportunities for them to enjoy their lives and find the fun that's easy to miss and overlook. Life can be hard, but finding support and love ISN'T here at Impact Youth.
REAL Group Leaders
Are you interested in being a leader? Here at Impact Church, we are always planning and rolling out Life and Focus groups, in order to help equip people and support them in whatever season of life they may be in. If you're interested in taking the training to become a leader and learning to lead one of these groups, let us know! By providing the training and curriculum, we hope to make your leadership experience a great one!
iHOST Team
GIFTINGS: Exhortation, helps, service, leadership & administration.
The iHost team is a pivotal piece of the experience of the guest experience at Impact. You have the ability to set the first impression, by nurturing guests from the minute they walk in – all the way to their seat, during and after the service. We get to show them the love of Jesus and be a walking testimony through the love, dedication and care you show to them throughout your interactions! What makes this team so essential is the ability to orchestrate a safe, relaxing and orderly environment for people to encounter God in the most authentic way possible.
Greeters & Seaters
Are you friendly and welcoming? Do you love hosting or greeting? This team is for you! We get to help break people's walls down when they first arrive, by showing them how happy we are to see them and how welcome they are! We help get rid of nerves by helping to find seats, helping to introduce them to friendly faces and remind them they're in a safe and loving environment.
Next Steps Center
At Impact Church, we believe there is a next step for everyone, but they may not be the same for everyone. As we go through different seasons, we all have different needs. By connecting with people at the Next Steps Center, we are able to offer resources, information, knowledge and groups that will help bridge the gap between where someone is and where they want to be. We believe every person has an amazing future and that God has incredible things in store. It's our job on this team, to help connect people with what that means for them!
iSERVE Team
The iServe team is foundational in the representation of Impact Church. You are creating memorable moments, events, celebrations and opportunities for safe gatherings, that will stick out in the memories of not just our regular guests but in the community we serve. The extension of your impact and influence is far-reaching and holds opportunity to create connections that will lead to people coming to Impact Church or having their lives changed just through their interactions with us in the moments God brings us together for. Service gifts don’t always hold the spotlight or front-row-seats. It is the behind-the-scenes planning and efforts that make this team shine. Your ability to use your giftings to plan a moment ripe with opportunity creates the margin God needs to move mightily in ways we cannot plan or manufacture.
Building & Maintenance
You are not just helping the building to be maintained and functioning as its best, but you are ensuring God’s house is safe and well-maintained to the best of our ability. You’re responsible for assisting with the upkeep and repair of church facilities and properties. Through minor repairs, routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the building is clean and safe, and addressing any maintenance needs as they arise, you are serving in a much-needed role.
Events (Coordinators & Ground Crew)
Do you love organizing or planning events? Or are you someone who loves to help set up and tear-down, but isn't necessarily interested in the organizing or planning? We have room for all of you! There is a place for everyone on this team. From using your creativity to planning and organizing, to getting together a team of people who just want to show up in time to be the muscle, this team makes a difference by offering fun events and celebrating holidays that helps turn things into something MORE.
Outreach
This team focuses on caring for our community! Any effort or cause that provides an opportunity for us to be present in our community and offer support, light and love - is one we want to be a part of!
Security
Do you have experience in the military or law-enforcement? Or are you by nature a protector? We need you! We love that we can offer people a SAFE place to worship and come as they are - and YOU are the reason for that! As you blend into the crowd and stay incognito, we are able to offer the safety and security that people require to be vulnerable and a part of this community!
iWORSHIP
If you are musically inclined, skilled or gifted with instruments or vocals and have a heart to worship - this team is for you! In addition to Sundays, there are other events and opportunities we have to bring worship other places and we love the opportunity to come together and help lead people into God's presence so they can be changed.
